Review by hotel critic
I had the pleasure of staying at Leonis Restaurant & Rooms during a recent business trip to Split, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! Nestled right in the heart of the city, the location is unbeatable-all the must-see sights are just a short stroll away, making it easy to explore with my family during downtime. The room was clean and spacious, featuring air conditioning and free WiFi, which helped keep us comfortable after a long day out. I did notice the lack of a fridge, but it didn't take away much from our overall experience. The breakfast was a fantastic way to start our day; I particularly enjoyed the Italian options, along with excellent coffee served on the charming patio. What stood out the most, though, was the attention to detail from the staff. They were incredibly accommodating, even offering to help carry our luggage on more than one occasion! We also dined at the on-site restaurant, which had the best seafood we tasted during our entire trip-those homemade desserts were a cherry on top! if you're looking for a great place in the bustling heart of Split, Leonis is definitely the one to beat.
